Worst customer service. Won't recommend and definitely won't go again . Put me in the worst mood, I had children with me . They refused to give a refund or even part refund. Because they have a no refund policy. Even though they ruined the fun of it.

Good, fun thing to do. We did the Jurassic course, it’s very small & there were way too many people in there given the current situation but enjoyable all the same.

We booked for our 5 children to play on the Tropicana course. We turned up on time but had to wait in the queue for approx 20 mins with the non booked people to go in. On arrival we were told that both myself and the other adult in our group had to pay full price to go in even though we were just supervising our children and not playing. We thought this was abit steep but fair enough they have a maximum capacity so we paid for an extra two. As we went through my only just 3 year old got upset and scared by the dark and bright colours and said she didn’t want to play so I took her straight back out to the reception and handed back the golf clubs and asked for a refund for the 2 we had just paid for on arrival so I could take her out whilst the other adult in our group supervised the older 4 children (we had paid for 5 online) I was then told rather abruptly by the young man at reception that he would give me a refund for myself but not my daughter because she was booked online! I’m sorry but I booked 5 places online and 2 on the day. I didn’t specify who the places were for at the time of booking so why was I made to feel so uncomfortable when asking for a refund for the 2 of us that didn’t want to go in due to my daughters distress on entry? There was a long queue outside waiting to go in so it really wasn’t a problem filling our spaces again. I ended up taking my daughter in despite her wishes not to participate because I was made to pay for myself regardless! It was quite possibly the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced and I was very upset my daughter had to witness it. Not only this but our girls had to wait to play the last section of the course because there were too many people in there. There were no staff whatsoever inside the Tropicana course to monitor social distancing and as it only takes a very short time to get around people were having to queue to get onto each hole. In all it was a very disappointing experience I will not be repeating or recommending. Our afternoon was not enjoyable although we tried to make the best of it for the sake of our children. I sent an email to the company the same day and heard nothing back, most unprofessional! …

We visited Globalls as an evening activity during our visit to Brighton. We booked in advance for the two of us and paid £5.95 per person. I’d heard a lot of good things about Globalls and it’s fair to say that it really did live up to expectations. On arrival we were allowed to go straight in and bypass the people who hadn’t booked. I’d definitely recommend booking, if it’s busy you have to wait in a queue for as long as it takes for space to free up. The staff members were really friendly and helpful. They explained the rules, especially that there is a maximum of 6 shots per hole. This keeps the game moving well and prevents too much waiting around. There was hand sanitiser provided, face masks are mandatory and social distancing was respected throughout. You could also buy a variety of different glow sticks if you wanted to enhance your game. The experience was definitely unique and fun. It was very aesthetically pleasing and fun, especially for the very reasonable price. There were lots of places to take some fun photos; music was played throughout which really enhanced the experience. Although we were both adults, it would definitely be just as fun for kids too. As there were only two of us, we finished the experience in about 20 minutes. If we were to do it over again, we would have booked both 12 courses to extend the fun.…
