Wonderful shop with something for everyone. Classes for all sorts of craft not just knitting and crochet. Friendly, knowledgable staff and brilliant Knit and Natter sessions. Historic shop - you need to see the ceilings.

What a great find in Sherborne when I was in the area on holiday for a few days. The shop is in a beautiful old building near the top of Cheap Street (up from the market), and although it's small it has a very interesting range of yarns, notions and pattern books. It also carries a few other crafting items, non-fibre related. I purchased a couple of the locally hand dyed 4ply yarns and they were wrapped up in pretty mesh bags for their journey across the pond to the US. There's a nice table in the front window for crafting, classes or joining in with a Knit and Natter session too, presided over by a rather splendid hand made ram's head! All in all a great little shop with a very helpful and chatty owner.
