Filled with wonderment at how they built such a tall abbey. It has an amazing ceiling but really not a lot else apart from being a trip back through the centuries.

A lovely old building with this ceiling which you can see by borrowing a mirrored trolley and pushing it round the abbey.

Very good fan vaulted ceiling. Beautiful stained glass windows. Lovely organ pipes. This abbey is more akin to a cathedral than most abbeys. Very well maintained, clean and warm even on a very cold December day. Highly recommended.
