Interesting museum. Lots of activities, mainly aimed at the younger generation. The cinema was interesting, with a nice voice over by Jeff Goldblum. Lots of different fossils, lots to read and many different dinosaur facts dotted around. It's primarily aimed at the younger generation, but doesn't stop dinosaur lovers of all ages going in.

Easy enough to find and parking (short stay 4 quid for 4 hours), close by. This museum had some interesting stuff mainly for little ones. Lots of interactive activities, fossils to touch, guessing games, sounds. The most interesting thing for me was the cinema but the kids (toddlers) got bored really fast. Most of the items on display were old... More

Compared to the prices of many other "attractions" we thought this was good value for money. It is not the Natural History Museum but, as first time visitors to a place like this, we found it to be a really good 2 hours. It is not a very large building so the time spent on the visit will depend on... More

Hardly the natural history museum but good to keep the kids happy for an hour or so. I wasn't expecting much and wasn't disappointed, my young children were taken with the model dinosaurs but anyone over the age of 7 might struggle to be interested.

My children and I came here because we found a very professional looking brochure and thought it would be interesting. It took ages for us to find it as we were looking for a large museum but its actually looks like an old school house in a back street. There is a lot of very interesting information but it is... They don't have any actual dinosaurs here. They do have modelst. It's not like jurassic park though there was a man a bit like Richard Attenborough

We paid just under £25 to essentially look around 3 rooms of what was very dated and overly wordy for young children. The gift shop is about a 5th of the size of the place. We were impressed and felt it was only worth half what we paid.

Good choice for a family - something to entertain everyone no matter what their age. Our little girl enjoyed seeing the dinosaurs and playing with the interactive areas. My husband and father enjoyed reading everything, and watching the video. Enough to keep us all occupied for an hour or so!

Very child friendly, not an adult style museum really. My grandson loved it and so I enjoyed seeing him having fun.

This museum seems to be more for the children but mixed in with the other four museums it makes a family day out and they are all very close together with great places to eat and shop as you go between museums
