We went tot hsi museum as part of a package together with teh Dinosaur Museum and the Tutankamen Exhibition. Was excellent value to buy tickets for three places in one go. The teddy bear museum was so full of teddies of every shape and size, lots of very old ones and new ones too, a lovely place for a child... More

A small museum with an interesting collection of bears (some of them enormous!) although a bit overpriced for what is actually there. I went because I am a teddy bear fan and it was obviously very popular with the children who were there. A fun thing to do on a rainy day!

We visited the Teddy bear museum recently with our 3 year old Grandaughter as part of a recent holiday. We felt the Museum a little over priced for such a small attraction, although our Grandaughter seemed to love the experience.I would suggest if you have the time to visit the other 4 attractions on the available passport ticket, it would... This was a brilliant little attraction for us to take our 3 year old too. She loved meeting all the bears, and seeing all the toys. Really easy to walk around, and probably just about the right size for her. Nicely laid out, and a nice story to go with it.

The museum is a short walk from the main shopping area and is reasonably priced. The bears inside the museum (located on the second floor) are very well kept, clean and in excellent condition. Worth visiting.

Very interesting collection of teddy bears going back over the years. Shop available to buy gifts great place to visit with kids. This is upstairs so not sure about pushchair access or wheelchair, parking close by and admission prices good value if bought in conjunction with the other museums in the town great if staying for the week.

This museum is a small attraction, but a worthwhile visit for fans of all things teddy! Entry is reasonably priced even if you choose to only visit this museum rather than the multibuy options. The Teddy Bear Museum is based on the first floor of the building, the ground floor houses the Terracotta Army Museum. Care should be taken on... More

my partner and i purchased the golden saver ticket which gave entrance to several museums in dorchester of which this was one. although nice i got the feeling it was more of someones personal collection as opposed to a museum still nice to visit especially if its a rainy day

Great value as you can go to 5 different displays in different museums in Dorchester which in itself is a lovely place to walk round and there are good car parking areas
