This review refers to the section of the path from Torquay Imperial Hotel to Daddyhole Plain Car Park. This is a tough walk with many steep steps and ungraded paths. It is very picturesque but should come with some kind of Difficulty Warning.

Good footwear and strong legs recommended - uphill with steep steps. Good views over the sea. Did not walk the entire path so cannot comment on the rest but from Torquay to Osborne Apartments in the heat it was quite a trek.

Lots of steps and rocky paths, so take your time and be careful. Fab. views across the bay towards Brixham. Benches along the way, can get to Meadfoot Beach from this path. No good for wheel-chair users.

A great section of coast to do some walking although in my case it was running. Pretty good signage and clear guide books although for an outstanding piece of coast to walk along especially to the east of Torquay. Plenty of good quality places to...More

The path from Torquay to Babbacombe is an excellent walk with great views of the coastline and surrounding areas. The walk is on pathways, through forests, across downs and along roads. Some parts are quite steep with high steps.

This is such a pretty walk. The path has lots of stairs and pebbly ground but is quite easy and leads straight to the Torquay Harbour. The views are amazing and there are plenty of rest spots with benches to sit on.

Not advisable. Far too many steps on this particular bit. Torquay itself is quite hilly , but people do cycle along the seafront etc. There would be plenty of other places you could cycle.
