We enjoyed riding the fascinating cliff railway (nearly a 100 years old) but found the beach facilities meagre (one expensive cafe and no beach shop) but there was a fascinating visitor centre which sold some souvenirs.

Beautiful place to visit, spent the day on the beach with kids, got the train down to the beach and up again which the kids loved, had a fantastic meal, had a paddle. Was amazed by how beautiful the place was
