Greens are in a good condition and many holes are really challenging for a short play. You will get a lots of sea air but its not too windy as a course is about 300 yards away from the seafront and sheltered by trees. There is a historical Torre Abbey right next to it with a nice tea rooms and Devon's finest art museum :) Well worth to visit .…

Beautiful area with lots to see and do. Lovely gardens with water features. Also a few kiosks for food and drinks and activities like bowls and golf.

I've played golf on the Torre Abbey Golf course three times since last year and it has been great: the location at the seaside is beautiful, It's very well kept, the responsible of the course is very friendly. You get all the necessary equipement and instructions. Since it's a smaller course und easy to be reached, you can just go there "in between". Im looking forward to going there next year.…

Dropped in for afternoon tea very pleasant surroundings Tea/Scones/Cream an Jam all very nice.The Abbey was very interesting all in all a very good 3hrs visit.From there you can leave your car in the Large Pay an Display (very hard thing to get in Torquay*)and go into the Riviera Sports Complex complete with Swimming Pool and Water Slide that exits the building. Kids love it…
