We stumbled across the Living Coast, while on a short break to the English Riviera, mainly looking for fibreglass rhinos, as part of the Great Big Rhino Hunt. One happened to be in the entrance to Living Coast, so we thought as we were there we would take a look. I have to say it was one of the best... More

So as others have said it is overpriced for what it is, especially as you can have seen everything within an hour! But if you take your time, stop to look at all the info, let the kids play in the indoor sandpit, do all the other extra things then you can drag it out to make it more worthwhile.... More

The rest of the group are elderly and content with a stroll along the waterfront, me and my 10 year old went to Living Coasts instead though we didn't have long. Lovely friendly staff, great habitats and information on the wildlife, easy access for the less able.

6 of us visited for the first time ... wow it was brilliant. All the birds and animals looked happy and healthy and although the place is relatively small we spent several hours there and had a great time.

Great place to visit with lots of interesting animals. Our favorite was a penguin posing for photos.

This is a lovely place to visit. It's laid out very cleverly so you don't miss anything and the birds and sea life were easy to see. We stayed to watch the feeding of the penguins and the otters and were impressed by the knowledgeable staff and their obvious love of the animals. In all we were in the exhibit... More

Loved busting here, my 2 lil ones could see everything going on. Prices was reasonable. U can visit back within 7 days which was very good. But I thought the shop was over priced but beautiful items in there.

loved the Penguins were able to roam free outdoors on their. If you time right you get a tour of each animal. Would recommend a day visit for the experience.

Visited here today 21.08.2016 animals well looked after, price is a little steep for what the attraction is but you can get a free 7 day voucher for the rest of the week if you wish to return, there are lots of penguins, seals, otters and a variety of birds/fish around.

and they can be quite depressive. Living Coasts is no exception. You do see animals, you do learn a bit about them, but nontheless they are cages, and animals are prisoners. Period. That said, I did like seeing the penguins being fed (how intelligent: they understand they have to start swollowing fish from the head, not to have fish bones... More
