ery interesting and unusual visit to this exhibition. all the exhibits were authentic from the period and had a few creepy ones ( Queen Victoria chest rising and falling as if still breathing!) The WW1 trenches took you back to the 1914/18 period with weapons...More

Bygones is a really lovely attraction, it gives you a flavour of, as the name would suggest, times gone by. It's bigger than it looks too! You can really see that the collection has been lovingly curated and well taken care of. The staff are...More

Super, we are delighted to hear you enjoyed your visit. The outside is deceptive as you say as a lot of people don't realise how much we have on display across three levels! We hope to see you again.

Liked this plenty to see and talk about ideal for a rainy day. Children and younger visitors asking us about old penny was and how much was it worth today got them thinking

Hi, yes we recommend 1 hour to 1.5 hours but as you can see from all the other positive comments, many people spend longer as there is so much to see across the 3 floors!
