Ticket office staff were helpful and friendly. Whilst waking on the platform a guard asked if I had reserved a seat, I hadn't. He advised me to move up the platform and get coach B and I would get a seat which I did. He was smart, easily identifiable in his uniform, informative, polite and friendly. Well kept, clean station with pampas grass between the rail tracks. Well placed in the middle of the sea front and easily accessible.

We used Torbay Station to catch a train to Exmouth, the staff were very helpful with the relevant information, the station is clean and tidy, and the cafe the same, which we were grateful of as we had quiet a wait for a train to take us directly through to Exmouth. The disappointment came with the train itself, only three... More

We went here as part of the round robin trip and although they had a problem with the engine so was on a go slow we still had a great time and would visit it again.
