The Green House Visitor Centre (Plymouth) Ltd seems to be beside the present recycling complex on the estuary side of the large Plymouth city dump at Chelson Meadow. Is it still operating? Is it open to the public? What does it contain or do? We had to put a visit date in order to submit this entry but apart from using the tip at that time we were not able to visit the Green House. Similarly our two blob score is based on a failed visit. Can someone help with more info?

If you are seriously interested then I suggest you look this place up via Plymouth City Council's website. So far as I can tell, this is the name given to a building near the entrance and residents off loading area for recyclables. You can come here to sort out van permits for dropping off larger items and DIY rubble etc. Apparently it used to allow public access to some recycling processes and exhibitions but so far as I can tell none of that seems to be happening any more. Maybe there are Tripadvisor members or council or green folk who would know better?
My visit date (necessary topmost anything) is 'random' because I have not been to this building in years.

My only gripe is because my trailer which is very shallow is on the limit length wise we only get 6 trips per year, 6 inches shorter and we would 12 tips per year
