As a regular user of this service I have always had good service. The on-line booking service has been improved and it is very easy to track or change your booking. The in advance of travel text service is of tremendous help, especially for the return leg when it can be difficult getting accurate travel updates. I take my dog... More

boarding is very simple staff waiting to give you a card as to where your parked, no messing around when it was time to get off. my only problem was wifi didnt work in the cabin and with a child bored on a ship tablet was a saver so in bars and lounge it worked fine. Great trip all round

Really enjoyable journey especially the daytime crossing, there is plenty to do on the 6 hour crossing, cinema for all ages, restaurant and other eating places, duty free shop and bars to start your holiday with a few drinks.

This journey was booked so we could take a car back to the UK and leave it there, so on this occasion, we only travelled one way. I have previously done this crossing on a different ferry with Britany Ferries. The ferry for this journey was the Cap Finistère. The ferry was actually fitted out as well, if not better... More

The captain & his crew are amazing, we had to divert due to a storm in our original path a lot of passengers complained. The staff however kept polite & professional at all times even when I overheard some passengers being extremely rude. The captain also had to make the decision to have a passenger whom took ill airlifted. The... More

From Plymouth to either - gets you into the country without having to negotiate heavy city traffic on arrival - and routes to all of the hotspots south are easy to reach. The service offered by staff is brilliant - not just my opinion, see the reviews - amenities on board, cleanliness and offered meals all high quality. They may... More

I travel via the ferry once or twice a year, I use the ferry service from Plymouth because it's the start of a great campervan adventure and the standards are good. The crew are always helpful and attend to their duties well. The services and facilities on board are good and enable you to relax before landing in Roscoff. The... More

We booked to travel to France in September using one of Brittany Ferries 'deals'. Stayed in a hotel in Roscoff which was included. Had a meal on the ferry with waiter service, all very slick and good quality food. You can't book so if you want a table I suggest you get there as soon as you have boarded if... More
