I absolutely love this place with the well marked bike trails. Best to go mid week as weekends get busy. Parking permit is a great idea and saves money. Handy forest cafe and reasonable coffee.

Hello, There is indeed baby changing facilities at the main hub. The forest park is a multi activity centre but 3/4 of the walking trails are suitable for push chairs.
