We took our five year old daughter here for the first time. You book in advance. My husband went in with her. It is very well organised and the staff are all very friendly. She kind of enjoyed it once she got the hang of it. I watched from the balcony. It was busy but not too bad. The café... More

Very enjoyable time spent as a bit of team building. Enough different walls to try that everyone could be climbing and trying different things, and the competive element was also catered for with timed climbs.

Wasn't really sure what to expect as my friend took me here for my birthday but it was a wonderful morning activity! We had booked in the same slot as a children's birthday party which we were a bit worried about but it wasn't an issue. Plenty of walls to climb for everyone. It is tiring work but definitely worth... More

Book up beforehand and have time to enjoy the Quays too. Always good value, the staff spend time on the Safety Rules, and how to manage the safety rope lowering apparatus. A good hour of climbing is usually enough for any kid, and they come out exhausted but happy. Money well spent.

Great weekend morning visit with my two kids. Lots of other kids were there but there were enough walls and staff that we rarely had to wait for more than a minute to get clipped in. Good workout for adults as well as children. And the lad in charge of our leap of faith was fine when I wimped out... More

What a great place to take the children we went with two children with different levels of climbing confidence the staff were informative and helpful Kate spent time coaxing and giving confidence to one of our grandchildren (who certainly wants to go again because of the positive experience) whilst boosting another more confident climber with praise and help to do... Took a 4 and 7 year old boy for a 2 o'clock session. They loved it..well organised and great equipment. The briefing however lasted for ages and the softly spoken guy presenting could not be heard..the briefing room was like a sauna as it was a warmish day and there was no air con or open windows.. the kids were... I took my 5 year old here with a friend and her children. At first my son was scared and didn't want to try it. An amazing member of staff stepped in (I didn't get his name but think he was Aussie). He chatted to my son, climbed the wall along side him and encouraged him. By the end of it... More

Took my children for pretty much their first climbing experience. After a short safety briefing and once all had harnesses, the group of 20-30 were set loose on the wide range of colourful and diverse climbing walls. My children had a wonderful time. It's probably more appealing to those aged about 8 years or older and my 10 year old... More
