Our first walking tour of Exeter and our first experience of Red Coat and we couldn't have been more impressed. Barry , our guide was outstanding , incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic and he really brought the city and its history to life. We are back again next weekend for another tour on the back of this and will be here again regularly during the summer when its a little warmer!

Look no further! This is a spectacular tour of Exeter Quayside. Mike, the Red Coat tour guide, told a stunning history of the Quay across the ages... He was just amazing. It's a 90-minute walking tour with sights and interesting stories. The city of Exeter is just beautiful with all it's historic splendour. The Quayside and it's shipping history only makes it that much more interesting.

We did the Cathedral to Quay tour with Barry on Christmas Eve. Was very close to cancelling due to the weather but incredibly glad that we didn't! Despite having lived in Exeter for 13 years, I had never done a Red Coat tour and learned so much about the history of the city. Barry was really knowledgable and put a lot of effort into giving us clear explanations about each part and answering our questions. Would definitely recommend anyone doing this tour (even if it is raining, do it anyway!) and will certainly be looking into the other tours offered.
