I am part of a university society that booked an evening workshop with Choccie Bar and what fun we had! The whole group had a really fun evening - tasting the delicious chocolate and being able to make our own. We helped make 3 different flavoured ganaches, filled chocolate shells with it and then decorated them. Katie made the evening, she was really informative but made the whole thing really enjoyable. We were all able to bring home a tube and bag of homemade truffles, perfect for Christmas presents but I'm sure that no one could resist eating them for that long! We are already organising another workshop... thank you Choccie Bar for a wonderful evening!

The four of us (one couple and one adult and family) including our 13 year old had a great evening with Katie learning about chocolate, tasting and making. The 13 year old especially enjoyed the science and history involved and choosing different flavour combinations. Katie made it relaxing and enjoyable and the aromas were heavenly as were the hot chocolate combinations that we chose to drink. It was a fun event on a winter's evening and we made lots of Xmas presents and gifts for family and friends! We'd highly recommend it to everyone!
