Arrived at the spa and the relaxation room was lovely we were called through and asked to fill in a consultation card as they didn't get us to fill out one before so that wasted 5 minutes of our slot!! We had booked a 25 minute hot stone massage which we had 15 minutes off for £45 and the massage... More

A little disappointed with the menu for what we paid, portions were scaled down particularly on deserts as they were a "lower" price. The view is stunning, and the staff were very nice and friendly. We went here to celebrate an 80th birthday, the first visit by the birthday boy who did enjoy the experience, For what we paid I... More

From when we arrived until we left we were made to feel very very welcome. From help parking our car, help with suitcases and our sink plug that worked but I didn't understand . The staff were all so pleased to be able to help without it being any bother. Our room 118 suited us perfectly as a family of... More

Arrived to a very warm welcome. We asked for a room with a sea view and were upgraded to a very nice room free of charge. Loved the White Company soap, shampoo etc. a lovely touch. Dinner on the first night was very disappointing sadly. On the menu was a 'seafood tagine with cous cous' I chose this as I... More

My wife and I have just returned from a very memorable 6 night break at the Harbour Spar and I can honestly say we enjoyed every minute of it .The staff in all parts of the hotel and spa could not have been more friendly and helpful. Cannot wait to return later in 2016.

Lovely situation a little out of the town centre but worth the walk. The restaurant is refined and romantic, the food excellent and the wine choice good and not too expensive. Service was a little slow but not a problem

We arrived and turned up at the car park as stated on the email. We pressed the buzzer to speak to someone intermittently for 10 minutes and no one answered to tell us where to go. In the end, we parked on double yellows and I went in to the hotel where the receptionist said, 'oh yes I heard you... More
