“Almost the perfect tourist trap”
This is the good ship Bag O' Rags in Penzance Harbour. So come aboard and take a stroll around Captain Ben Bones' pirate locker. For all your pirate t-shirts, hats and flags, all your accessories and swag. You are sure to find everything you need...more

I thought Penzance would be packed out with pirate themed stuff, but it's not because it's ALL on this amazing boat! The Bag of Rags is in the harbour and seems to be open pretty much all the time - we got some gorgeous little...More

I remember when there were pirates everywhere in Penzance. Sadly this is no longer the case. We found this while out for a drive. The kids loved it! The only downside is you can’t take your dog onboard. But if you’ve got kids definitely worth...More

To be honest if your on holiday in Penzance, boarding a boat and buying something piratey is a box tick for sure. The reality is a small vessel sitting in the harbour with overpriced cheap pirate themed items in a crammed space with bored staff...More

The pirate ship was very appealing to my son. We took a few photos and gave our donation to the RNLI, as requested. The shop itself is small, but the range was ok and good value.

This place is a nice little pirate themed shop on a ship. The design of the ship is perhaps most appealing to kids but is more than capable of bringing a smile to an adult face too. It is not huge (owing to the space...More

a great little shop / ship with lots of exciting pirate themed goodies, good for the kids and reasonably priced (compared to most places)

We really enjoyed our visit to the pirate shop, the entrance going down from the deck added excitement! It makes wondering around the shops a bit more interesting for kids such a good idea. It added to our day in Penzance.

Pure and simply don't bother with this. Really low-quality stuff at extortionate prices. Came here for a pirate-loving friend who wanted a souvenir and left empty-handed as you can get much better elsewhere. Not so much an attraction as a shop.
