Needs more interaction with guests on the tour. More of a history lesson than entertainment. Quite expensive for an hour.

Really good attraction. Took an eleven year old and a 6 year old and they both thoroughly enjoyed this attraction. Have read other reviews of people saying how good this place was but complaining about the price! Not sure if they have since discounted prices because I thought it was fantastic value for money. Highly recommend this place, especially for... More

Something different. Actors dressed as pirates lead you around pirate scenes telling you about pirates and local legends etc. Was a bit pricey (nearly £40 for family of 5) for what it was, over and done with within an hour. Not great for younger children as ours were a little scared. However kids did enjoy it and asked to go... More

We booked this a couple of hours before our timed tour, 2 adults a 6 and almost 4 year old. Very interesting experience, listening to the pirates talk about pirate history. We were given a treasure map with clues to find with treasure at the end. Everyone enjoyed the pirate quest, we did go the scary way, the hype was... More

Pirate's Quest manages to turn the history of pirates into a really fun narrative-based tour while also proving surprisingly informative. Led by a great cast of themed actors it leads your through the realities of the pirate life - as well as the myths and folklore that grew up around them. Great combination of entertainment and education.

We brought our 4 year old daughter here as she's pirate mad and she loved it! Not just her though, the adults loved it too!! The experience is very interesting as you learn real pirate history, have plenty of giggles and have plenty of opportunities to get involved. The actors were amazing! Just like real life pirates! We have to... More

The website made Pirate's Quest seem more that what it was, I cannot fault the actors or staff, they were wonderful, but did feel that I paid a lot of money for what it was.

We reluctantly booked this because of such bad weather, as expected by reading past reviews it was very expensive for what it was. Given that I did myself learn a few interesting facts about pirates and the staff were really good and tried to involve everyone....my 4 year old and 7 year old enjoyed it and that's why we did...
