We went to the railway with my 2 year old son grandma the parking was good loads of space .if you have a wide car the road down is very narrow ,price wise for adults £12.50 each could get pricey if a lot of people going the staff are very polite and always ready to help. The train ride is... More

I may be a little bias only because my son LOVES trains but this was an fabulous day out. My sons eyes was lit with excitement at every direction he turned and if he had a choice he would have sat on the minutiae high speed train that goes around in circles the entire day. There's free plenty of rides... More

This is the second visit we have made to Lappa Valley over recent years and both visits have been fantastic despite sporadic rain during each visit. It does cost slightly more than other Cornish attractions however the range of activities provided as part of the cost makes it very cost effective in my mind. My son is 5 years old... More

Had a great day here with my 4 year old train mad little boy and 1 year old daughter. Plenty for them to do and see, and nice to go somewhere and not have to pay extra to do bits like crazy golf and boating. Certainly helped that we had a lovely day weather wise.

my husband, myself and our 2 year old went here last week. We all enjoyed the day especially our son who loved the train rides. The tickets were a bit expensive, £12 for adults, although under 3 went free. cafes did nice coffees, didnt try the food. great place to take a picnic. Loved the canoes.

Excellent day out, even a bit of rain did not spoil it. You get a bit wet on the canoes anyway. Our 4 year old loved it and would recommend. Only downsides are the incredibly narrow lanes to get to it and the service in the cafe was so bad we got a refund as could not wait any longer... More

We are glad to read what a great day you had with us. Whilst disappointing that you were unhappy with the Cafe service it is pleasing to know it was rectified on the day so you could enjoy the rest of your day. We hope you visit us again soon! More

The train ride was enjoyable as were the other trains we went on, but our 5 year old and 8 year old got bore very quickly. There were a few showers on the day we were there and we only ended up staying for 2 hours. We went on the canoes, but the play facilitys we were poor. Ok I... More

Thank you for leaving us a review- we appreciate each and every one. It is disappointing to read your review about the Cafe and is something we will follow up with the staff as this is not the experience we want for our visitors. A great deal of investment has been made into the park and will continue over the... More

Lappa valley is great for very small children and our 4 year old certainly enjoyed it. There are 3 steam trains to ride although they are not very long and an adventure play ground which was a bit poor in terms of range of things to do. Canoe lake and crazy golf were great and our little boy loved them.... More
