My husband and I were in Looe for our 9th wedding anniversary and as it was pottery we decided to paint a vase. We had a great time and love the finished item. The lady was very friendly and helpful. Very covid safe, we would recommend whatever age you are.

Visited here with our 5 year old daughter. She and i both painted and left our works of art to be fired and posted to us as we visited Looe as a one off.
Informative and friendly staff and good child friendly set up.
Lovely way to spend half an hour or so, particularly on a rainy day.
Would have rated it higher but did think it was a little pricey.

A great way to spend an hour or two with the kids and take home a souvenir of your time at paint a pot. Call in at this shop every time we are in Looe, our youngster loves to spend a couple of hours selecting and painting her piece of pottery. Great selection of items to choose from including:- Pigs, dragons, plates, angels/fairies and mugs plus numerous items. The two ladies in the shop on our visit were very friendly and extremely helpful. Need to ensure you leave euough time to collect your finished pot as it takes a day or two to fire them.

Back in 2014, we visited and got our baby girl's footprint done on a plate. Almost 3 years later, with grandparents in tow, our, now nearly 4 years old, 'little' girl is choosing her own 'pot' to paint (she chose a fairy)! It was a lovely place to go and sit down in whilst the wind was a bit too chilly outside.
I even got to pain a jug, too! We all love the little shop and could spend hours in there choosing something to do.
Highly recommended for a lovely memoir of Looe.

Had such a lovely time here. Need to go a few days before you’re due to go home. But everything was explained before we started. Lots of choice for all the family to paint. Would go again

Having moved to Cornwall a while back, we’d looked for those unique things to do when the tourists have all gone home.
We came across the shop and booked a session so our son could do something special for his Nannie.
He hand painted a present with the most kind and caring teacher he could have. The lady was understanding, informative, kind and patient with our lad. He’s autistic but listened to her intently and took all her tips and advice easily.
Such a wonderful experience, never rushed and a great little place to spend some time.

A good thing to do for children on a wet day in Looe - or a sunny day when you're tired of the the beach or crabbing on the harbour! Very friendly people and you get to keep an excellent end product.
