Well stocked museum with stories and mementos from the beginning of various Cheshire regiments.
Things are packed in - sensibly and cleverly - into a small space.
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
Although there is an entrance fee, it is well worth paying.

This museum is very well laid out. It gives a great history of the Cheshire regiment. There is everything from the beginning right up to date. You will need some time to spend here but it is well worth it.
A must visit if you are interested in the military.
Excellent exhibitions particularly the medal draws. The history of the Cheshire regiment to the up to date Mercian regiment was shown in every detail. There were videos showing and some interactive areas.
