A really inspiring course from Zelana. Easy to follow with great tips to create authentic dishes with easily sourced ingredients. Can’t wait to try them out again. Thanks to Brian and Mary too for a great day.

This was a fantastic experience of Indian cooking. The atmosphere was convivial and relaxed. Zalena a is a really knowledgeable and funny teacher and the food we made was so good. I would highly recommend the cookery school and shall certainly return in future!
