we decided to do this trail on a wet afternoon and wasn't disappointed. Was a great work out for a couple of hours as we took our time to take in the view. Recommend you take your walking boots though!

We walked a section of the trail on a beautiful sunny day. The clear sky gave us some breathtakingly amazing views. We stayed in the Pheasant which was also wonderful. I highly recommend this walk.

A great walk, testing, difficult at times, we stayed in the pheasant hotel half way through the walk. Strongly recommend staying there! Delamere forest was a highlight as well as walking past Michael Owen's race stables on the second day!

Walked several sections of the trail for many years. Suitable for children as many sections are relatively flat and easy walking. Plenty circular walks around sections of the trail. Canal side or through fields the views are really nice and well worth the effort.

This is a 32 mile footpath which I have walked with friends in 6 sections. There are some spectacular views and there are even wild ponies.

Access by car only, take a strong pair of shoes and a map. Great paths and views along a fab path which takes you through some wonderful places and villages. Take a packed lunch and find a pub on route.....you will not regret it!!
