We went on this walk with Anne. She was so informative with information in the early years of Guernsey, during the German occupation and the present time. She had so much information about the castle again in various times how it was used. This was the best tour of our whole cruise. I believe that we got more information at a much better price than the people who booked with the cruise line. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.

My wife and myself are on our first visit to Guernsey and - after picking up a copy of the ‘Tasty Walks Guernsey’ from the excellent Guernsey Information Centre in St Peter Port - we managed to include a number of coastal walks into our visit schedule. Of the 20 walks listed (4 of which are in Alderney & Sark), we managed to do the following: St Peter Port/Fermain Bay, Fermain Bay/Jerbourg Point, Jerbourg Point/Saints Bay & Vazon Bay to Port Soif. These were all excellent but equally different with different challenges (some more difficult and not for the less agile!) and attractions to see. My only negative is - particularly, for those doing these walks for the first time - the directions could be improved upon. That, however, is a minor blemish on what is undoubtedly the best way of getting to know the Island. Strongly recommended!!

We went on a short boat trip to Herm from St. Peter Port, where we were taken on a guided walk round part of the island. We saw idyllic beaches, moorland covered in flowers and interesting insects- a nature lover's paradise. There were one of two shops and a couple of places where you could buy a meal or afternoon tea. The guide gave us a lot of interesting information about bygone times, mainly the German occupation, but also about life in Guernsey and Herm along with a few other small islands. I thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

My wife and I went with Tim Osborne (an excellent guide!) to Sark to discover what happened during the German occupation. Tim had negotiated access to some areas that are normally private. Bathed in glorious sunshine it was a real treat. We learned so much I now want to go home and find out more! A wonderful day out on a beautiful island.

Fort George with Andy and Renoir's footsteps with Korinne. 2 two hours walks . Excellently led by accredited guides. Well paced, full of local interest, added to by locals in the group. You wouldn't get this information from a guidebook. Length and ability clearly described in leaflet.
