Where to begin? This is the worst bus service I’ve ever come across, and it has only got ten times worse due to the pandemic. For starters, most of these buses are 10 minutes late, some being as late as 30 minutes. Four buses have broken down whilst I’ve been on them, the drivers are rarely on time when it is their turn to switch over and for some stupid reason, they have stopped double decker buses going to Huntingdon, even though the person limit is much lower on each bus. It doesn’t make sense when there are double deckers going to St Ives which are completely empty because nobody is using them. All it means is that those of us who are going to Huntingdon after a long day at work have to wait out in the freezing cold for ages waiting for the next one to turn up. And it’s £5 for a single, despite how unreliable the buses are. I don’t know what it is but ever since moving to Cambridge, I cannot help but notice the idiocy of the people who live here and run the place. These buses are a total waste of money, the wifi doesn’t work, the seats are so uncomfortable, I could go on! Considering Huntingdon is one of the major neighbouring towns to Cambridge, you would have thought they’d put in a trainline into Cambridge. Apparently common sense doesn’t exist around here though.

Total lack of information. Needed to attend Addenbrooks Outpatients today. Got on the bus at Trumpington. As we neared Addenbrooks driver told us Outpatients was closed. He dropped us off and set us off in the wrong direction. On leaving Outpatients we went to the usual stop. There was a sign "Tempoarily Closed" but no information on where the nearest alternative stop was. We asked lots of people who sent us in all the wrong directions. After 45 minutes walking, which is difficult for me, we found a stop by accident. I know there are very few people using this service but surely it would make sense to provide a map of working busstops at key exit points from the hospital

Trying to get between Trumpington Park and Ride and Addenbrookes especially in the evenings is a joke. The timetable can only be described as a guideline at best and you are often left out in the cold waiting for a bus that never turns up - record wait so far is an hour - with the temperature in single digits. Not good enough.
