We were served by lizz who's beer knowledge was sensational. I felt at ease to try something new and tantalising. Would recommend to any pub goer. And yes it is with two z's.

Another visit to this gem of a pub and another good time. After visiting two other pubs in the vicinity, we settled in this pub for dinner because of the atmosphere, burgers on offer and the price. A great choice of burgers, we had the...More

Hats off to the knife monkeys, we cannot get enough of your burgers, the filling combinations create the best taste of any burger anywhere, always consistent and always great service. Helpful and friendly bar staff, wonderful selection of ale and gin (served in a goblet).
