South of Cambridge. Convenient parking (Fee £3). Nice gentle walk though mainly woodland. Nice avenue of beeches and access to the route of a Roman Road.

Beautiful countryside and well sign-posted walks, but not a lot else. Great if you are expecting countryside. Probably less good if you are expecting something more complex

Thank you for your review and comments. Wandelbury is certainly a beautiful piece of countryside in close proximity to Cambridge and has plenty of space to enjoy green space, trees, natural environment, seeing our herd of Highland Cattle and our visiting flock of sheep.

I've been going for walks around the Wandlebury ring since my childhood, and love it. Nowadays we often go further afield, as the ring-fort walk is at the centre of a nexus of walks, all of which are enchanting.

My two dogs love it when we head out to Wandlebury. Lovely long country walks with some great views too. The charity that runs this and other sites are doing a great job trying to protect our countryside.

This park offers some lovely woodland trails and in one or two places has great views over the Gog Golf course and much further afield to Ely. There is on occasion a small snack van on (Saturday's) I'm not sure about any other day though....More
