Milton country park is a great park to explore. There are various route to walk and things such as the lake and play areas to explore on the way round. On Saturday they have Park Run which is very popular. There's also a visitors' centre and lovely little cafe that offers sandwiches, paninis and jackets potatoes as well as cakes,... More

I love this place! Alternative entrance needed whilst they are improving the road/paths! Great ice cream from the cafe! Also pokeman hunters galore (us included!) Well worth a visit

Park is bigger than it looks, and has plenty of benches dotted around. However, apart from a large lake and pretty much a figure of eight path around it, there is nothing else there to do - no large grass areas to sit down on and have a picnic, no childrens things - slides, swings etc., no real activities to... Well worth a visit if you're looking to somewhere to take children and tire them out for a day... remember to take cash for the car parking £3.50 per day no change given... AND bikes for children - they'll love it, loads of bike tracks including a BMX track

The park is large and attractive, mainly wooded. Dog walking is permitted, and there are "off lead" areas where your dog can run free. There is a play area for children. There are large areas of water, where fishing is permitted (you need to buy a permit) and sometimes there is supervised open-water swimming. Many sporting/leisure activities take place in... More

A great place for families and dog walkers. Nice gentle walks as well as longer ones. Childrens play area and lots of open spaces around the river/lake. Dogs are also welcome and plenty of places to sit. LOvely cafe with inside and outdoor seating. They also provide dog bowls of water

Easy to find, easy to follow round and a delight to be in. Milton Park used to be the overgrown lake, now its a nature reserve, well kept and marshaled. Great with kids................

Entry is free apart from the parking fees which vary according to length of stay. It was GBP3.50 for more than 2 hours but was about to go up in price. There are numerous walks around lakes and ponds, quite a bit of wildlife if you look. There is always the distant drone from the nearby main road in the... More

Very lucky to have this park within a 10 minute walk from home. Visit here many times throughout the year with my granddaughters. Nice enclosed play area for younger children but we really prefer the play equipment in the field opposite. In particular my granddaughters love the big lie down swing. Cafe nice too.

I joined Cambridge Park Run, after taking a stroll around the Park one Saturday. More than 500 pitch to do the run, great outdoor fun, nice clean Park
