Thanks to our brilliant local-guide Max we had a detailed and very interesting tour of Bristol. Besides all the historic facts, he also told us many stories you wouldn't find in any history book or travel guide.

I was right on time. 10.25 am on a Sunday in front of Victoria rooms with people and nobody came. A huge disappointment.

We chose the walking tour in preference to a bus tour for two reasons; firstly it was free, and secondly a guide we could talk to, ask questions, and who would hopefully be very knowledgeable, in preference to a recorded guide. There was quite a...More

Max, the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable as well as very engaging and enthusiastic. The tour was well researched & led us to parts of Bristol we had not seen before, & probably would never have found. A MUST to do in the city.
