Came here with my 3 daughters for a spa day. Lovely friendly staff, treatments good. Relaxation area nice & cosy. Complimentary tea throughout the day. Had to go to the main hotel for our lunch. This was lovely, again staff very friendly & helpful. Pool area really lets this down as a spa. Wasn’t very warm, very slippery around the edges, only 2 beds around the pool area. Changing rooms non existent plus on our way back to the spa we had to walk across the car park in our robes. Lack of hot tub & sauna disappointing. Would have given a higher rating if there were better ‘spa’ facilities.

We went to this 'spa' for my friend's hen party and were really disappointed. I have never been to a spa with no spa facilities before!! It is a place where you can get spa treatments, so a salon really, there is no sauna, no steam room, no jacuzzi, just a 'relaxation room' which is just a waiting room and treatment rooms. There is a pool but it's in the hotel which is in a different building so you have to walk across the car park and through the hotel in your robes! Then the pool is thoroughly average at best with only space for 3 people to sit by it. The treatment itself that I had was actually quite good, but this didn't make up for the lack of spa at this spa!! There was also a coffee machine but no coffee pods (we asked and were told they didn't provide coffee despite having the machine) and no shower gel in the showers. Despite a decent treatment this was the worst spa I've ever been to without doubt. Don't waste your time!

£28 each for a manicure and pedicure which lasted a day before peeling was unacceptable, while your staff were friendly I was shocked to find that even while being cautious, both the manicure and pedicure managed to chip and peel after one day. This is not an exaggeration. I am disappointed with this shabby job and bad value for money. I can say that my manicure at Superdrug for £15 lasted longer than this. If you are reading this i suggest you think long and hard whether you would like to spend your money on a nail job that you could have done better yourself. Will never be returning here, and will be telling my friends and family to avoid it at all costs too.

Was surprised to have to walk through the outside car park and across the road to another building in a dressing gown and slippers, nobody had said it wasn't in the hotel. Although they have masses of space, there is no actual spa facility, no jacuzzi, sauna or steam, nothing at all, which I thought odd. There is a pool back at the hotel though. The staff are really nice, and the rooms are lovely. The treatments were relaxing and in nice surroundings.

My husband and I had a couples massage here both of which were brilliant. The spa is very welcoming, the treatment rooms clean and the staff very attentive. We loved the double treatment room- great value for money!
