    Exhausted kids.. it’s a winner!
The kids had an amazing couple of hours. My son was particularly proud of the fact that he was “3rd in the world”. The team in Bristol were brilliant with the children and sympathetic towards the adults. It’s not a cheap day out, but it was really good. All kids could play, the teams were randomised avoiding any difficulties around picking teams. It was a lovely day.

    Fun, safe and accommodating
Friendly, adaptable and well organised group session held by the Laser fusion team in Bristol. We came with a group of people who may need adaptions to music, light etc and the staff were so friendly and accommodating they made the whole thing safe and fun!! Highly recommend we will be coming back for sure 👌🏼

    10th Birthday party
I would say a big thank you for the great party that everybody enjoyed from the beginning till the end. Effectively managed by our brilliant host. (Sorry, forgot to ask his name.) Booking was easy and they got back to all my questions real quick. I would highly recomend, worth every penny.

Amazing place for a bday party 🎉
It was my sons 7th birthday & he requested to have his party at Laser Fusion. We are so glad that we agreed to it! It was absolutely fantastic! 2 games were included in the party package, along with half time drinks, party food & party bags. Absolute bargain! The food was fab ( real chicken nuggets not processed rubbish) and the party bags were filled with goodies including money off vouchers for the next visit! The staff were all amazing! They literally couldn’t do enough for us to make it the best birthday experience for our son. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, efficient and well organised- Wonderful time had by all!
My daughter wanted a Laser Fusion trip to celebrate her birthday. We opted for the Family ticket with a hotdog and drinks. She had the most amazing time, as did her friends. (Although I think the 3 parents who decided to join in had the most fun of all! ) The staff were wonderfully friendly and both games were run really efficiently! Everything was well organised and I was so impressed with how the staff all went the extra mile to make our experience really memorable. We will definitely be back and a massive thank you to the team that were working on Saturday 11th May. My daughter (and I) had a wonderful time as did her guests.

    Boys loved it.
I went with my two boys who absolutely loved it however they felt the wait in between the games was too long and got bored it didn’t seem they got 20 minutes of play more like 15 then a 25 minute wait. We booked the mega pass so 3hrs and 5 games with a combo meal chose between hot dog or nachos and a fizzy drink also included unlimited squash for £20 each which is a good deal. We would do it again but I would probably join in as 3 hrs of waiting was a lot.

We booked and paid for a two hour exclusive-use session for children with autism and their families. Sadly there was a party booking at the same time which was very, very loud and busy and some of our children were overwhelmed and upset. Some parents understandably complained about this. I don't understand why we booked and paid for an exclusive use session, when it wasn't exclusive use or autistic-friendly.

I played in many arenas in different parts of Europe. This one was an absolute joke. The worst experience ever, I even wanted to just leave in the middle of the game. (we were a group of 6 young people, age about 22-27)

Their rule number one is "DON'T RUN". All right, I accept that, safety first...but the laser game without any running is just weird. The worse thing was that a single game is usually played by more than 25 people at the same time. Instructions were also quite chaotic, there is no dressing room, lot of noise and I felt like everyone is in absolute hurry. To the arena itself - it's not very well structured, there is absolutely zero place for any strategies, and even if you are playing in teams, it has almost no meaning because with so many people and with such arena it's just madness. Also, we were also disappointed with the guns. If you want to press the trigger, it's not very easy. Well, if you want to shoot quickly - what you need because there is tons of people playing with you!

This place can be good with children and their parents, as a family event on Saturday, but apart from this, I don't really recommend this.

Hello and thank you very much for your feedback and comments, certainly some interesting information here. It is very clear from your review that you are an experienced laser tag player who has probably tried a wide range of the different systems all around the world. I recognise this from your comments as I am one such person myself also. As someone who loves to play the sport of laser tag on a serious and competitive basis, but also as the owner of several sites around the country, I have a unique perspective. I'm going to say something that you're probably not going to like, and that's ok. Laser Quest sites and laser tag sites in general are designed to cater for laser tags primary market of kids parties, young families and casual players. They are not designed for the relatively tiny niche of hardcore or semi-professional players. Whilst the hard core membership and tournament competition aspect is certainly a fun part of owning a laser tag site, the truth is there is simply very little business to be gained from it. Simply put, hardcore players tend to damage equipment, reduce the enjoyment of members of the general public by shooting them to bits and complain a lot, all while spending very little money. As such our sites are not designed to cater to this tiny portion of the market instead. We are geared around maximizing family enjoyment and effectively running large games for parties and younger groups. Now we have cleared that up for context I will point out that you visited a town centre laser tag site in the middle of one of the busiest Saturdays of the year. Of course we were going to be busy and of course we were going to be running large games full of young children and kids parties to deal with how busy we were And maximize the amount of players that can be in the arena. I'm sorry if your more hardcore laser tag experience compels you to run in the arena. But the safety rules are paramount and exist for a reason. When you are in an arena full of children there is no running. As a competitive player myself I fully understand the desire to charge around the arena and score as many points as possible but as a business owner I embrace the greater responsibility of protecting customer and child safety. It is for this reason that the no running rule exists and is strictly enforced. In terms of our equipment and the setup of our arena... no, it is not designed for hardcore players and serious strategies. It is designed to be the most family and child friendly set up that we can put together. I thank you for your patronage and I thank you as well for your thoughtful comments. And I will respectfully recommend that if hardcore intense competition, with older and more experienced opponents in games and formats more designed around tournament competition and strategies without strict enforcement of safety rules designed to protect young children is your thing, that a children's Leisure Centre in the middle of a busy Saturday afternoon might not be your best option. I would instead recommend paintball Or another more adult based leisure activity. Alternatively if Laserquest is your great love we have have an excellent and highly competitive National League and tournament scene for serious players. If you're interested in this, please feel free to contact the site manager at Bristol who Will be able to put you in touch With the organisers of these competitions or tell you where to find more information. If you are interested and up to the challenge and I would be more than happy to show you personally, just how quickly the trigger on the gun can be pulled and just how effective our equipment can be. But be warned, you may not enjoy that either:)

We've been here quite a few times and it's good value for a party as u get 2 to 3 games and food which is a very generous amount but too be fair its quite a small stadium. There needs to be objects ie barrels to hide behind, and maybe bit darker too. There's not enough places to hide. We came here for my sons 9th and it was the busiest iv ever seen and there was 27 including us. And it was solo first game and the amount people getting moody because u just couldn't move anywhere without being blasted. But I came 3rd whoop whoop adults and kids I may add lol and then we had team colours so 3 teams. Red blue and purple. I was red and came top. That was better but teams were getting moody lol. We had hold of a room front back and sides so they had no chance. Could do with team mics really if u wanna get technical. But the kids liked it and compared game cards after. Party bags included. Small amount of bits it was more advertising so could do with kore. Doesn't necessarily need personalised laser fusion wrote on them but more then haribo sweet balloon and pen. But overall it was a good afternoon.

7th birthday party for my son. We booked a party for 9 children with 2 games and food.

Food and laser games itself were great. However there were a few minor details that were a little disappointing.

One, our party host couldn't stop telling the kids off for doing such little things. Leaning on the table "kids off my tables there only from IKEA they will break"
My son was leaning on the table. Not exactly standing on it. I am quite on it as a parent when it comes to children's behaviour and I work in a school so can control the kids pretty well.

When the kids were lining up ready to go into the room the party host shouted the rules to the kids at full volume which upset two of the girls in the party as they thought they were being told off! The children were stood there in silence it wasn't a loud room. Very unprofessional to be shouting at 6/7 year old children.

In the line the children were obviously very exited. Talking to each other, a little bit of jumping around. The party host reaction " have you kids not heard of the word patience"
"If you can't be patient you can go to the back of the line"
This was said to one of the girls who was previously crying from the shouting before hand!!!
This is a children's party!!!

A little disappointed, I won't be returning anytime soon.

Energy filled parry for children, made easy for parents! My 7yo boy absolutely wanted to have his party there. 20 feral boys having the time of their life, all wanting to go back. We booked exclusive, so the entire experience (set up, play, refreshments, play, party area, food, cake) was smooth and efficient, which left time for the grownups to join in the fun too! Highly recommended đź‘Ś

We held my child's 8th Birthday party at Laser Fusion. Staff were great! Booking was easy, I made amendments to the numbers and that was easy, party food was great quality and prompt. The kids enjoyed the games and the staff were fun with them and the 2 hours flew by! Party bags were also good. I hadn't even clocked that we were getting party bags. All round excellent experience

There are still some incredibly good humble people out there!
After a terrible experience today elsewhere and turning up visibly upset, the team were just amazing and in particular the manager.
We will be back as normal for our xmas treat but had to put a review on here because it's not just the laser tag that makes an amazing experience, what makes us take a 80mile round trip here, is the staff whose priority is to make their customers have a great time.
Please pass my sincere thanks to the whole team on behalf of my family.
