Great golf course in excellent condition, and although it looks straightforward it's difficult to score well on. Nice clubhouse and friendly atmosphere.

Very good golf course and well maintained tees and greens. Well established course 125 years old beautiful tree lined fairways. Well stocked pro shop of both male and female clothes and bargains to be had!! Great food served today afterwards in marquee.

We paid £35 for 36 holes which was good value. Can't agree with the reviewer who said it was the best course in the South West. It's not even the best within 2 miles as we found Long Ashton much superior in every regard. Greens had had work done on them which had left them in poor condition. However, the... More

I enjoy playing the course. It is quite forgiving and most fairways are wide although the bunkers are in positions to catch the mis hit shot! The course is ok but the club is not friendly and whilst I know a number of members who are fine, you know there are issues when members actually run down the 18th to... More

The course is kept perfectly by our green keeper and his staff. Several English Golfing entities play here regularly. Every golfer in this area confirm that this is, by far, the very best course in the area. The facilities are just fantastic. A driving range, an area for short game with several greens and a pitching area and, also, a... More

This is a very friendly club and so close to the city centre. I have played there only a couple of times but each time the members and staff have been incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Played recently in an MCC golf day, found the club very welcoming in all aspects from arrival to departure. The golf course is in excellent condition and provides a good challenge to all handicaps! Food was of a very good standard, backed up by courteous staff. Nice changing rooms and facilities, will return again.

Played in the Club's recent open competition. Allowing for the recent bad weather the course was in remarkable condition and the comp was played on 18 main greens. A great days winter golf.
