Cabot Circus is a small & Nice city in Bristol, I visited during attending my son's graduation and stayed for a month. Even is a small city but you could get everything for daily use.

If you park in the Cabot circus car park then yes, but there might be free parking on the roads. Not 100% sure about that though.
