We both had a lovely time. I'm personally a very big ocean lover and it made me very fuzzy inside to see all the different fish. It was a bit disappointing that the octopus wasn't on display but it is understandable since they were changing its tank. It was reasonably priced as well and it was a very cute date... More

One of the nicer aquariums that I have visited, a very nice way to spend a morning. I was pleasantly surprised to see the work that has been put into the plant side of the building, growing bananas as well as a bird of paradise, one of my favourite flowers. However I did feel that the price was a little... More

We visited as a group of Yeo adults and three children. I bought the tickets online the day before so made a saving there. You can book online up to an hour before your arrival and is based on an electronic barcode ticket you either print out, or you present phone. Easy reception process and really enjoyed the setting. Lots... More

We have spent most of the day around Bristol. After much deliberation we decided to visit the aquarium under the recommendation of Hannah who is the marketing leader of the aquarium. We would just like to say a big thank you for a wonderful experience and extremely memorable aquatic experience.

A good afternoon out with some interesting exhibits, many of the larger tanks look a bit tired and were not as clean as other similar size aquariums elsewhere. Needs a refresh and a good scrub.

I've always been advised to go to Bristol Zoo instead of the Aquarium because it's better value for money. Having visited the Aquarium now, I'd be inclined to agree. I've taken my nephew to the zoo a few times before and he wanted to try the aquarium so we went along. There were few 'creatures' of particular interest i.e. rays,... More

Been to Bristol on a business trip for a month. Visited the aquarium during the weekend and this is the best aquarium I've seen so far. There are over 40 living displays featuring fascinating marine life from around the world. With over 350,000 litres of water, the central display is one of the most spectacular thing to watch in the... More

I paid for a day ticket once and was disappointed as it was over before I knew it and was so expensive. However we have had great value from our annual pass! You definitely get so much more for your money and learn so much more from visiting frequently! The cafe is overpriced but there is a picnic area at... More

Especially for kids this aquarium is great fun. There’s an underwater tunnel, a coral sea, a learning lab, a rainforest (with some very distinctive smells) and much more. There are of course many sea creatures and the different viewpoints makes it very entertaining. We got an interesting and lively explanation of the nature and behavior of Malawi fish whilst our... Parents will find parking and entrance fee high. So I suggest you look for discount vouchers for the Aquarium before you visit . The food was good quality and value. The kids loved the Aquarium but our visit was about an hour and a half, that is with Lunch.
