Having read some reviews on here I was a little worried that my older children may not have a lot to do but I'm very glad to say that it wasn't the case at all! Between a game of giant draughts, somersaulting on the trampolines, whizzing around the adventure play area, hand feeding the chickens in pets corner, checking out... More

We visit Old Down Country Park often with our 5 year old son. There is a good variety for children and adults. Pets corner, Larger animals to feed (llama's, cows, goats and more), there is a sand pit, trampolines and large adventure play area, including a double decker bus that children seem to adore. There is a pretty lake, with... More

Old Down is a great place for a young family to enjoy a chilled out day out without the crowds. There's lots of farm animals for the kids to see and even feed including piglets, sheep, goats, chickens, peacocks and donkeys. The gardens are kept looking beautiful all year round and there's some good parks for the kids to play... More

We never actually made it in, so can't give a very helpful review. I just wanted to warn disabled or people with limited mobility that access to the cafe is not what they promise. The gate next to the Disabled parking is locked, so you have to cross the car park to get to the other entrance. Why would you... More

On a sunny summers day it is lovely to relax with an ice cream or have a bounce on the trampoline. The staff are lovely and helpful and the animal are amazing and it is great to hear the joyful shouts and laughter of playing children.

I visited yesterday with my mum and we had the coffee & cake deal, you can have coffee with any cake for £3. We had the chocolate brownies which were divine. Also the coffee was very good. We've been a couple of times recently as it has such a nice, quiet and relaxing atmosphere and the staff are very pleasant.... More

I went today with two 10 year olds, and we only stayed for 2 hours, they enjoyed it but there wasn't a huge amount for them to do. We would have been better off going to the park. Lots for younger children so would recommend it for them, anyone over the age of 8 would be better going down the... More

We spent a great day here and enjoyed it so much we bought a yearly membership! The children spent ages in the top play area on the big trampolines whilst we enjoyed a coffee from the cafe. The bottom play space is excellent with so many different things for the children of all ages to play on while adults can... More

I took my two children there today not really knowing what to expect - It costs £24 for a family ticket but this is basically an entrance fee. I paid a further £6 for them to go on the bouncy castle. Feeling slightly gutted at how much it had cost, the kids had a good time until it was time... More
