Weekend visit proved very successful, coincided with a Craft Fair. Had lunch on the train to Matlock and back. Friendly staff and a nice little cafe on site.

A surprise visit to Peak Railway was a real treat. A trip to Matlock pulled one way by "Penygent" a Peak class diesel and back with "Jennifer", a steam loco on loan from The Llangollen Railway. Jennifer worked it's life in a Sheffield steel works....More

My husband's Birthday celebrations on 13th august on Palatine dinning train excellent. On 16th 4 of us visited again for afternoon tea again excellent. Well done to chef food spot on and well done to young waitresses.Will definitely do it again
