Yet again, I cannot praise this place enough, I love it! Great food, excellent location, great staff, interesting mill, cool gift shop and little artisan rooms. AMAZING

We have been coming here for many years and have never, ever had less than a thoroughly enjoyable meal or coffee break. The cake, home made, is excellent, with some standards (favourites, undoubtedly) and some newer recipes. Always a treat but often hard to chose!...More

Hello, craft centre owner here. Thank you so much for your continued custom and for this lovely review. The table in the corner (where you can see nests in the eaves) is my favourite spot for a quick coffee and cake break too! I have to...More

Plenty of room in a big car park followed by pleasant stroll along the mill stream to the mill. There are some workshops although some were closed when we visited on a Friday lunch time. The mill is interesting and although it is being restored...More

Have passed this place by many times and never called. Lots to see. A couple of bits closed due to restoration. For the people who like machinery it’s a must. Places to picnic by the water. Will go again and leave more time.

So glad we stopped here at the shop. Lovely and tempting selection of cards, beautiful and very unusual gifts. It's an Aladdin's cave of treasures!

The food here is delicious and they do the best salad I have had anywhere! However I dislike the "polite" notice that states you must order and pay for your food before sitting at a table. I am not prepared to pay £20 to £30...More

Hello, Craft centre owner here. Thank you for your good review, even though your experience was a little marred. All I can say is that when we set up the café over 30 years ago we did it to embrace the 'French way' of shared...More

We came for lunch today, arriving at 12-30. The girl on the till was so slow hand writing in Long hand and very neat writing every order. Extremely slow pouring tea and coffee, taking orders and serving customers. It took nearly 25 mins for the...More

Hello craft centre owner here. I am sorry the counter experience was slow today. In our defence, sadly, we have a very good member of staff ill at the moment and have had to find a replacement at short notice. Perhaps we were remiss in...More

We were in our way past and it was coffee time so it was an obvious place to stop. Latte was a good size and tasty and the cherry and almond scone good too. We didn't wander around this time but the gift shop is...More

Worth a visit - very relaxing with the river running through the visiting centre. Lovely Shop and Tea Room. Lovely to see the old Flour Mill. The flour sold on site is excellent.
