We went in January and certain sections to the caves and hilltop were close for refurbishment which we could not understand. However the jig saw puzzle walk through the rocks and waters is still worth it. At a certain section, there are rock steps bearing the date for the whole year for you to find your birthdate to take a snapshot with you one it. There is also a rock on the hilltop when you look up has a lady figure shape that you should not miss. There are local tribal people selling fruits along the paths but did not try though. Also very limited lavatory so conserve water consumption. Certain rock steps are pretty slippery with fungus growth, so need good shoes. The walk out exit point to take the shuttle bus is at least one to two km away which is taxing walking up hill though gentle…

I have seen hundreds of waterfalls and one more does not make much of a difference. But I have never visited a place like this; it is most incredible. I have trekked in many jungles, forests and hills but I have not seen a terrain like this. Tribes have survived in such a place. This is one of the attractions in the very big Guangguoshu park. It is a very nice walk on the stones above water and see large cactus grown on top of those small cliffs. However, if one can spend only 3 hours in Huaugguoshu, then the two water falls should take priority as visiting this bridge sight as well will take a total of at least 5 hours taking into account the travelling time between each sight.…

This is a scenic area near Huangguoshu Water Fall on Guizhou Province. The whole walk takes around 2.5 hour but we only walked half way as there were not much water The ricks formation is very interesting There were lakes, rocks, different plants as well as small gorges and water falls One interesting part was tourists have to walk through a very foot path with large rocks at both side without touching the sides. A normal person would have to walk sideway whereas any one over 180 lbs would have difficulties getting through ! The legend was any person who can walk through without touching the sides would have life expectancy of over 100 years of age, while those who could passed through but touched the sides would live till 99 ! Those who could not walk through would be less than 99 Plenty of beautiful scenes for taking photos …
