Azalea Scenic Resort is the largest natural azalea belt in China. People in Guizhou also calls it Baili Azalea Scenic Resort because it extending 50 kilometers (about 100 li) in length on a narrow hill. March and April are the peak seasons of the blossom. Astonishingly, there are several different kinds of azaleas blooming on the same shrub. The ethnic groups Yi and Miao live here and you can experience the both cultures during the tour.

I visited there in a sunny day, the entire hillsides were taken over by flowers. Don't go there at Chinese festivals so that you can avoid the tourist crowds. There were also some local minority shows. Not bad!
