The Seixal Natural Swimming Pools or Piscinas Naturais do Seixal, located near black sand Laje beach, in Madeira’s northern coast. Beautiful landscape and clear ocean water. These pools of volcanic origin are great examples of the magnificence of nature on the island of Madeira.

Pools were very unusuals and dynamic with water movement. Unusual plants covering some cliffs. Excellent photo spot.
Access paths had a look of crude 60s concreting. Which matched the sea front 60s chunky architecture.
But still well worth a visit for the pools.
