For anybody with at least one night in Bamfield, Brady's Beach is must-see. It's a bit of a walk from the West Bamfield dock, but well worth the effort.

Tidal pools each have unique critters in them: one with purple urchins, one with green anemones, one with crabs - very cool!

Spent a day at this beautiful beach and had the entire shore to ourselves! Short little walk from town with minimal hills made it a little bit of an adventure.

Brushed up on the outside of the island, the rock formations are killer and the lawn chair in the rocks makes a good picture. Worth the trip

This is a pretty classic West Coast beach and by that I mean -- sun-dappled shores, powerful trees, and stunning ocean. So, by no means ordinary, and definitely worth heading out to. It was definitely a good up and down hike from where we were...More
