We took the evening tour while staying in Waterton. It was relaxing and the guide was quite informative. A stop on the U.S. to walk around for a little while was included. I'm glad we went.

Reasonable price for boar tour down and back up the lake. Excellent scenery and local commentary. Windbreaker should be carried. Have someone line up 20 minutes or so before departure to get seats where you want on top deck or covered area.

This cruise runs at 10am, 1pm and 4pm during summer. The best tour is the one at 10am because the direction of the sun is nicest for photography of the mountains & lake. The M.V. International is a big boat and surprisingly silent - engines...More

Thank you for the comments. I arrived at the Waterton Shoreline Cruise Co at 9:40 am on 9/4/2018 (day after US Labor day) and was able to get tickets for the 10:00 am cruise. The cruise boat filled to only about 30% capacity.
