恰巧工作遇到了瓶颈，恰巧生活陷入了停滞，约三两好友，进到山里，呼吸最纯粹的自然之气，观赏最原始的自然之貌。就一心想着享受现在，抓拍好友的笑貌，对焦本真的山色，打趣偶遇的驴友，总是需要一个逃离钢筋水泥的空间，调整下，放松下，惬意了，舒服了，重新出发了。

绿石谷顾名思义，石头布满了青苔都是绿色的石头，由于谷底在正午才能有阳光照进来，加上植被茂密空气湿度大形成了满眼的绿色石头。邻近汤沟可以洗温泉，值得一游！

感觉还不错，比较原汁原味。呼吸着新鲜的空气，走在涓涓流淌的小溪边，听着悦耳的鸟鸣声，远离了城市的喧闹，投身到幽静的大自然中，是身体的放松，也是精神上的放松。

很好的地方，只是还没被广大旅客知道。本溪除了关门山这里也可以看到红叶。只是在汤沟住宿条件差点。绿石谷的护理太瘦了。有点可怜
