Mrs Ferrari is a safran pro! and has transformed a two barren hectares into a green oasis of safran and fruits and vegetables. Totally worth the stop!

Christines "Paradis du Safran" is one of the most beautiful gardens I've ever visited. She really has put (and still does) her heart into it and also gives dozens of animals a beautiful home. The quality of the Safran is indeed remarkable and the Safran-seminar gives all the information you want to know about Safran. I highly recommend to have... More

We were staying at the Kasbah Bab Ouriga for four days and did go with one of the guides for local Monday market (highly recommendable). Afterwards walked to the Nectarome (turned out to be a waste of time) before heavens gates opened to this paradise. Wauw .... what a fantastic place - a true paradise that CS has enthusiastically build... More

Book in advance for the saffron tasting menu lunch its simply sublime and excellent value for money. We arrived at 1pm and were treated... More

Most of us visit places and remark about either the beauty, the culture, the differences, the food etc. But when do you ever come away, thinking: " I've never done this in my life?" Well, go to the Paradis du Safran, and you can do just that. First off it belongs to a feisty Swiss born Christina, whose English and... More

Super welcome, and saffron tea to rejuvinate the visitor. The owner has put passion, skill and hard work into the garden ......... a sensory experience of herbs, trees, and my favourite, the barefoot walk. Very fair entry price at five euro per person. Tip, stay for jan amazing lunch. Relaxation at its best, enjoy, and dont miss, if you love... More
