Having lived and grown up in South Africa, I have visited quite a few of these wildlife parks. I now occasionally go back to SA now for my vacations, and always enjoyed taking new visitors to this centre. We always opt for the guided tour...More

Very disappointing overall.Although we saw a few animals, the interaction section was poor.Only 2 small lions to play with that were fast asleep, perhaps sedated.Dirty green water in the sanctuary.Very expensive for what you get, would definitely not recommend paying R200 per person and then R50 per person...More

Good selection of animals to view, but the highlight is having an opportunity to pet the 2-baby white lion cubs (R50 extra) & 2-cheetahs (R50 extra). It wasn't busy that day, so we got spend about 15-minutes with both, otherwise you only get 2-minutes with...More

The Rhino and Lion Reserve is close to Johannesburg and Pretoria, yet fully rural. The predators are in large camps and to a large extent are free to roam. It's amazing to see the white lions and wild dogs up close. This is a good...More

Pool with bbq, feeding the wild animals on a Sunday is a special treat. There are restaurants if you don't want to bbq.

So close to Lanseria it saved me a 5 hour drive to the Kruger National Park. Animals all seem to be in good condition. Was very disappointed at the jaguars in the cage areas though. Bit hectic the way they chainsaw a full bull in...More
