We came to Schipol to plane spot for the day and discovered there was a behind the scenes tour by accident. The tour was very informative and took us to various locations around the airport. Ron the driver was great.

This is big airport and a very once at that. Loads of choices for food souvenirs shopping and eating. There's even scope for a relaxing massage if you have the time. I tried one of the automated kiosks and found it quite good.
