Great place to start your beach trip or walk. Direct acces to sandy beach. You have a good pub in front to enjoy a fresh beer. The monument have no interest but it can be a stopover before waiting for the sunset.

Winter or summer this is a perfect place for a picnic. I can suggest fish and chips watching the sunset or sunrise.

While walking along the coastal trail, came across this Rotunda. Has an interesting historical baord there, telling the tale of the Rotunda, and past days before TV, internet etc, when people came along to hear a band play. Interesting

The band rotunda does not get a lot of music played in it these days. But it does provide a wonderful view of the Bay - and a good shelter from the rain if taught while walking the track. Many use it for wedding photo...More

I like both the style of the rotunda and its location. Nearby are historical boards describing the location and how it inspired various artists. The view up and down the coast and out to sea from here is quite beautiful.
