Not much help. Load up on pamphlets and plan your trip at the airport or any other visitor centre anywhere. I've never felt less informed. Not even a lot of pamphlets. I found better information for the area even back on the mainland.

Small, but they have maps, brochures, a few things for sale, but best of all they can answer all of your questions and do so with a smile.

The center itself has seen better days. Unfortunately, it seems to have been left unattended for a while. At the same time, I have to say that the staff were great and friendly and the exhibits worth seeing.

This is a must when u get to uculete. You can buy your park pass or like me a new ball cap. They have the park maps and all the info you need for your amazing trip to the park.

The visit was interesting but the facility was under renovation. The coffee shop / restaurant that used to be there was closed. Worth a visit but the facility needs some maintenance and some TLC. A new restaurant will help with the cash flow.

Perfect place to get an overview of the area with all the beaches, restaurants and activities like whale watching and hiking. You can find maps and brochures here. Staff was very friendly.

Great way to discover where to go, what to do in the Ucluelet/Torino area. Staff there were very well researched in all aspects of the area, from where to stay, where to visit, where not to visit. Gave us a lot of information and map...More

Visitors Centre has helpful staff, but if you are hiking the West Coast trail, better book years ahead.
